Inconsistency of Version

• Proposed Specification: for SVG 1.2 Tiny
• Implementation: SVG 1.1 Full / WebKit

SVGTL specification should be revised based on SVG 1.1 SE and SVG 2.0.

Compatibility

Browsers which supports element and not supports SVGTL's dynamic loading will be be out of control when loading tiled maps which consists of large amounts of map tiles.
