Why the Kindle Book Programme is HubSpot's coolest (and most underrated) perk!
Bold statement, I know! Considering the perks on offer - unlimited vacation, relocation allowance, education allowance/tuition reimbursement, flexible hours, remote working, etc. - it seems strange to be so gushy about a few free eBooks.
How does the HubSpot Kindle Book Programme work?
It's pretty simple really. Every HubSpotter can order 1 book every two weeks and expense the purchase. The only requirement is that the book in question should help us be a better HubSpotter; so that leaves a lot of room for exploring topics of interest. As with everything we do at HubSpot, it comes down to using good judgement.
My Amazon Kindle Shortlist
I've only recently started becoming a bit more strategic in my approach to getting the most out of Kindle Book Programme. For one, I now have a fortnightly reminder to order my next book and I've started putting together a "wish list" on Amazon.

What are your must read books?
What books have your read that inspired you, or have been eye-opening, or simply interesting? I'm always keen to learn more about marketing, business strategy and operations, psychology & behaviour, and sociology. All useful topics to keep informed about in my role as Inbound Consultant at HubSpot.
Product Strategy Meets Global Market Intelligence
6yAgreed, I love this program! Reset by Ellen Pao is another good one. I discovered it through the Women@HubSpot book club. (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34974754-reset)
