So I was able to identify that the SDRs were actually losing about 282 days a year on manual admin, which resulted in almost a million dollars in missed potential revenue. I'm in charge of kind of building out all the operational models for the marketing ops team and assisting with the revenue team to just ensure that everything that we need workflow-wise is working efficiently and effectively. Zapier is extremely critical right now to Vendasta's operations, and if we were to turn Zapier off, we'd have to kind of start ground up for a lot of the processes and workflows that we've built out since day one. Within Vendasta, we're actually using Zapier across multiple divisions. So we're using it on the marketing team, along with revenue. We've implemented it along with our solution architecture team, and we've been able to just work more effectively and efficiently internally, and then ultimately help our customers operate more effectively, too, by using Zapier and our platform. We're definitely able to achieve more now by implementing AI into our Zapier workflows. Currently, we're utilizing tools for AI, such as the Zap AI step, along with ChatGPT. So AI has really just allowed us to do a lot of flexibility and customization when it comes to creating some of the key account information that we're using in our CRM. For Vendasta's lead enrichment process, we're collecting new inbound leads from a number of different sources, and from there, we're using Zapier to then connect to a variety of lead enrichment tools that have direct integrations within Zapier. So we're running them through tools such as Apollo or Clay, and through that, we're able to actually get the accurate data for these leads. So by getting the correct lead to the correct team in a timely manner, with the accurate information, we'll be able to see a higher close rate, resulting in more revenue being generated. Ah, sweet. Nice. Implementing AI into our automations has definitely allowed us to improve the way that we are operating within Vendasta. Especially, for example, when we are looking at our call transcripts, we're really able to focus on saving those SDRs around 15 minutes per call, where now they no longer have to go back and look at an entire call when they're doing review for a customer, but rather focus on just those key points that we're able to pull out, because we're able to program those AI steps to focus on exactly what we want it to. Then we were able to get buy-in for the enterprise plan, which has been huge for the company. We've been able to increase the amount of Zaps that we're using, continue scaling our operations, and it's been awesome to have access to support directly at Zapier, and just learning the new things that Zapier is releasing and how we can implement them. Zapier makes me feel like a genius.
