Unfortunately, my valid transaction for $11,000, after providing all pertinent details business license I was asked for all my bank statements, drivers license, and every other kind of personal information, my account was abruptly closed, and I was told I would not receive my funds for more than 90 days. Now I’m getting no communication whatsoever from Customer Support because they said I’m no longer an active account yet they’re holding my $11,000. This is unlawful. I have reached out to the Press and executive office and have filed an affidavit until I receive my payout which was accepted. Then I verified identification, provided documentation and even today provided Both an affidavit and clarification with a copy of the signed agreement from both parties. The Guest and Services will be gone by June 20 while incurring many additional business expenses. During this time this is an unlawful act in which they are making money on our money and refusing to communicate or to allow additional pertinent information. I will be filing a complaint immediately and blasting social media until I receive my $11,000 due to me on 5/25/25. I am an honest person doing honest business, and my associate who created the transaction provided ID!
