Edit material using a Mac and SketchUp
- [Narrator] To edit materials using the Mac interface, open the materials window by clicking on the paint bucket icon or tapping the letter B on your keyboard. Then click on the home icon if you're not already in the colors and model area. All of these thumbnails within this colors and model correspond with materials that are applied to your model. Some of them may be easy to spot, like this water here corresponding with a thumbnail, but if you're not sure which goes with which material applied in the model, you can tap your command key to turn it to the eyedropper and sample a material by clicking on a face. A blue box will appear over the corresponding thumbnail. To edit this material, you can right click edit, or you can double click on the thumbnail to go to edit mode. Here is where we can change the scale, color, name, and opacity of the texture. First, let's change the color.
