- [Narrator] So now let's move on to scoping. This is really going to feed off of that framed challenge and it helps to somewhat create the solution. It is not meant to be the be all, end all of how to solve our framed challenge that we worked in in that previous process and that previous step, but it works to plan, organize, and manage the resources for that framed challenge so then we can eventually find a solution. I find that when a framed challenge, or when a challenge is initially framed and then you find the scope that things just go a lot better, a lot smoother, a lot easier to find the solution. Maybe it's a solution that we didn't initially consider, but through scoping and through really trying to find the root cause, then things go a lot better. This is also a part of the customer discovery process in the business analyst world. Scoping should eventually lead you to the problems to solve and have a rough outline how to solve the problem.
