- In this lesson, we're exploring cloud connectivity, integration, and adoption. So, let's start with the ever popular managed Site-to-Site VPN, which is basically offered by all cloud service providers. It's a fully managed service that creates a secure connection between your data center, or branch office, or regional office, and your resources using IP Security or IPsec tunnels, both IKE Version 1, but preferably the newer IKE Version 2, which is supported as well. Cloud providers offer managed VPN gateway services that simplify the process of setting up and managing that VPN tunnel connection. These gateways provide secure, scalable, and highly available VPN connections. AWS offers a robust and scalable transit gateway, as well as other providers, and this solution supports the IPsec Equal Cost Multipath, ECMP, feature where you can load balance up to 50 IPsec tunnels, and that's important because usually your bandwidth, your throughput is throttled on the VPN gateway, or what we…
