Now that you understand the basics of a virtual private Cloud, we can jump in and start working with it. So we're going to look at creating VPCs and creating subnets inside of VPCs. Two of the common tasks that you need to be able to do. Remember again, what you're creating here is a logical construct in which you can place your instances and the different applications that you need to run in the Cloud. So let's get started creating VPCs. We begin like everything else with the AWS services listing, and you'll notice that down toward the bottom of our list here we have networking and content delivery and therein is the VPC console. So when we select that, it takes us into our VPCs and you can see that there are a lot of different things you can do in relation to VPCs. You can work with the VPCs themselves, the subnets, route tables, Internet gateways, egress only Internet gateways, which means you can get out to the Internet, but…
