Toggle the Talent Interest Pipeline feature on your Company Page

The Talent Interest Pipeline feature can be manually enabled or disabled by Admins for companies with an active LinkedIn Career Page and Recruiter contract.

Who can use this feature?

You must be an Admin on your LinkedIn Page contract to enable or disable this feature.

Follow the steps below to turn this feature on or off:

  1. Navigate to your company’s page.  

  2. Click Edit Page. A new window will appear. 

  3. Under the About section, click Interested talent.

  4. Toggle the Gather interested talent setting to On or Off. 

  5. Click Save.  

If turned off, you will still be able to see members who signaled interest before the feature was turned off for a year from when the member signaled interest.

Important to know

All member data regarding signaling company interest expires after a year.
