The easiest way to understand your charges is to review your LinkedIn contract details and the associated invoices.

If you purchased your subscription through a LinkedIn sales representative, you'll have access to invoices. If you purchased online, you'll have access to receipts instead.

Your contract shows the total amount you'll pay for the duration of the contract period. This may be invoiced out quarterly, annually, or up front depending on your contract billing schedule and payment terms. Please contact LinkedIn support by clicking Start chat at the bottom of this help center article if you need a copy of your contract.

Invoices are sent to the designated billing contact and invoice recipients. Invoices from LinkedIn will only be sent to you via [email protected]. Always verify that the email you have received containing your invoice is from the domain.

Invoice is issued as per the contract start date. As per LinkedIn's policy, we are not able to change the date of an invoice.

Invoice edits are not supported for purchases made via Alipay.

Please see the invoice examples and explanation of elements below.
