Here's the big news: Clay's bringing the community together IRL for the first time ever!!! 🎉 𝗦𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗽𝘁 — our inaugural conference where GTM operators and RevOps leaders will build, share tactics, and push creative boundaries together. This isn't your typical sit-and-listen conference. We're going full hands-on: 🛠️ Build real workflows — Get your hands dirty with Clay and craft automations you can use on Monday 🧠 Insider playbooks — Hear untold stories and access replicable strategies from the best GTM teams 🚀 Early product access — Test new Clay features before anyone else 💬 Curated discussions — Small group roundtables to ideate and explore new GTM tactics You'll be alongside attendees from GTM teams at Canva, Vanta, Anthropic, and more. Over the past year, we've watched magic unfold when our community gathers — from Clay Clubs in 20+ countries to in-person hackathons. Sculpt is the culmination of that energy and ingenuity. Our goal is to create a space for you to tackle your biggest pain points — improving data quality, automating processes, or building workflows that drive revenue. September 17th. On the GTM team at Clay, one of our qualitative goals is to better embody the word "presence." From being on time to internal meetings, closing laptops during All Hands, and really doubling down on building with people in person. The last few weeks have been a great example of how we're prioritizing presence and how it's paying its dividends in the relationships we've been able to build. In the month of May alone we: - Sat down with the LG Electronics GTM team for a hackathon in NYC 🗽 - Headed down to Atlanta to catch the RevPartners team at Southbound 🌇 - Flew to London for a workshop and hackathon with the Fuelius team 🇬🇧 Love these kinds of trips. Nothing beats the energy you get from actually being there together. A couple photos from the road below. 🚀 While your competitors debate AI, Clay's Customer Success (especially Bruno Radice) team just doubled their documentation output and slashed response times. Here's the AI workflow that's changing the game… The Problem Every GTM Team Faces: - Support queries flooding your team - Documentation that's always behind - Customers waiting hours (or days) for answers - Your best people stuck on routine tasks Clay's AI Solution in Action: ✅ Intercom Fin AI handles first-line support queries ✅ When Fin can't answer → escalates to live support ✅ Support team flags gaps → triggers Dust AI workflow ✅ ChatGPT generates documentation drafts automatically ✅ Human review → publish → self-improving knowledge loop The Results That Matter: 📈 2x documentation output per week ⚡ Dramatically improved response times 🎯 Higher support deflection rates 😊 Better CSAT scores 🔄 Team focused on high-value, complex issues What makes this different? This isn't just using "AI tools" - it's building an interconnected AI ecosystem that gets smarter over time. While most teams use these tools in isolation, Clay created a seamless end-to-end system triggered by a simple Intercom shortcut. The uncomfortable truth: Your customers expect instant, accurate answers. Your team deserves to work on strategic initiatives, not repetitive documentation updates. The companies implementing these AI workflows TODAY are the ones that will dominate tomorrow's market. Are you building your AI advantage, or watching from the sidelines? #CustomerSuccess #AIRevenue #ExpansionRevenue #B2BSaaS #AIinCS #PostSales #RevenueGrowth #CustomerExpansion #SaaS #GrowthStrategy

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝟭 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀! Billion... with a "B"! AI research agents are already here, and they're fundamentally reshaping how the best teams are going to marketing in 2025. Since launching in September 2023, Claygent quietly became a secret weapon for some of the best companies you know -- like Rippling, Verkada, and Vanta. The best AI companies you know are using Claygent to deploy their own models for internal GTM workflows 🔥 There's so many wild use cases happening right now! ▶ Certemy counts OSHA violations to find companies with compliance problems ▶ Supermetrics distinguishes between brands & agencies to route leads to the right sales teams ▶ CakeAI finds AI teams with exactly 2-5 developers (their sweet spot ICP) ▶ Rutter spots executives who need financial products the moment they appear on conference lists ▶ Chris Viglietta is finding the grocery store with the cheapest organic eggs in town 🥚 ▶ Some customers are even analyzing satellite imagery for occupancy data 🛰️ If you're not experimenting with AI agents for your GTM, I guarantee you your competitors are. GTM alpha no longer goes to the teams with the biggest budget or headcount — it goes to the fastest learners, the tinkerers, the creative ones building systems before anyone else. We also just launched a new Clay University course for AI in GTM with "Clay professor" Yash Tekriwal 🤔. You'll learn exactly how leading companies use Claygent to find unique data and experiment with new GTM plays to outperform. The time is now! Use Claygent to get ahead, find that alpha, and get cracking! Link to our blog and course below! ⬇️

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝟭 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀. We quietly launched our AI research agent in 2023. It was clear that go-to-market would be transformed with the same research depth that ChatGPT was bringing to individuals. Soon, companies like Rippling, Verkada, and Vanta started using Claygent to find data their competitors couldn't see. Now, the best AI companies you know are deploying their own models in Claygent for their internal workflows. We wrote our piece on GTM alpha because the landscape has already shifted. Teams relying on scale and budget alone will find that their playbooks are drying up much faster. Creative minds with the right systems to test, iterate, and launch their GTM ideas incredibly fast will be able to consistently find a competitive edge -- a sustained GTM alpha. Clay can help you do this, and this milestone signifies that the best GTM operators agree. Clay centralizes your GTM data and workflows in one development environment, while Claygent uncaps the breadth of data available to you -- any data on the web and just-in-time. Read more in our blog and check out our AI-powered GTM course ⬇️
