May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s been an impactful one at FanDuel. We proudly joined, our partner, Operation HOPE’s nationwide initiative to raise awareness about the importance of financial literacy and economic empowerment through the Green Sock Day Challenge during Financial Literacy Month.    In Massachusetts, the Boston Bruins showed their support for Financial Literacy Month by promoting the FanDuel and Operation HOPE partnership at home games in April, and FanDuel funds the HOPE Inside program in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Kentucky, delivering free financial literacy resources to residents in these states.   We’re proud to partner with an organization that is making a meaningful difference in our communities. #CommunityImpact

At SBC Summit Americas, Randy Livingston, Marlene Warner, Teresa Fiore, and Anita Ondine Smith came together to explore how collaboration across communities, families and organizations can drive real change in addressing the issue of underage gambling. The panel explored how lived experience, strategic partnerships and targeted advocacy can advance problem gambling prevention efforts across communities. Randy and Anita shared their work as part of the Trusted Voices: Conversations about Betting program and how they’re using their story to equip trusted adults with the tools, language, and support to have meaningful conversations with young people about the risks of underage gambling, account sharing, and warning signs. FanDuel is proud to be part of this conversation, recognizing that trusted voices go beyond just parents. Coaches, mentors, neighbors, and siblings all have a role to play in building safer, more informed communities. We remain committed to supporting initiatives that build trust, spark dialogue, and strengthen the future of our industry.

We have recently announced Flutter Entertainment’s first quarter’s performance for 2025 and here in the US, FanDuel continues to win.    US performance was powered by our world-class customer proposition, with US revenues increasing 18% and AMPs (Average Monthly Players) up 11% to 4.3 million. This performance was underpinned by our clear leadership position in sports betting and iGaming and boosted by the Flutter Edge.    Despite customer friendly results during March Madness, our Flutter Edge is building a competitive moat around our leadership – driving an unparalleled customer proposition. We are also very excited about the early results we are seeing from Your Way, our next-generation pricing capability, which lets customers choose from an almost infinite number of outcomes across the most relevant and immersive betting markets.     Our FanDuel colleagues and the wider network of talent at Flutter continue to push boundaries and impress me, with new ideas that unlock endless opportunities.
