Quando se acontece isso mostra quão TI é um silo e não agrega nada ao negocio. Para resolver, precisa-se 1) Alinhar os níveis de serviço entre negócio e TI. Sendo que o negócio precisar de níveis de serviços mais agressivos, precisa-se colocar os custos envolvidos 2) Ver o motivo desses cronogramas impossíveis. É algo de negócio ou de TI? Será que estamos foçados nos projetos estratégicos ou somente no dia a dia da TI? 3) Interação com negócio. 4) TI é uma parte do todo e não uma empresa dentro da outra. Pois se for a última opção, a terceirização é questão de tempo.

En caso, de ser así, los entregables o onboarding debe ser el primer gran paso para iniciar. Dar seguimiento y reportar en periodos cortos con el cliente con la finalidad de que no haya ninguna sorpresa más adelante y afinar cada detalle que pueda desviar el tiempo de entrega del proyecto. si definitivamente es un proyecto donde los clientes piden un tiempo irrazonable, será mejor evaluarlo antes de emprender un proyecto donde quedaremos mal en cuanto al compromiso de entrega.
