Feel pretty tricked into wasting so much time building a website, only to find out that in order for half of the features to function you need to keep upgrading your plan. Not to mention the supposed free trail allows you to pretty much do nothing. I moved away from shopify because I was under the impression that square space would be cheaper, but I was clearly mistaken. I've already spent money before it became clear that my website can't sell any products so I've wasted a bunch of time &money

I am a big fan of Squarespace and it's ease of use over the web interface. There are some small simple features missing in the app that I use regularly, for example, there is no way to change the text format (H1, H2 or H3). There is also a little bug, when opening a blog post via the app and saving it, it duplicates the URL slug. Note: Several other things also need fixing as to date 4.6.2020 25.6 - Still many bugs and missing features, no email support available under provided email.

Constant glitches, app shuttling down mid task and losing everything, shutting down even when trying to submit a help ticket, so I can't even submit a ticket to have it resolved. I'm on the fastest possible internet and the app can't even load product images in a timely fashion (they get 3/4 loaded and never upload). I have to try multiple times some days to upload one image. Freezes up when trying to make a simple website adjustment or the screen starts flickering and I have to close the app.
