Manage partner data sharing settings

If your company works with a Solutions Partner, you can view and manage certain data the partner can access related to your HubSpot account. Granting access to additional data will allow the Solutions Partner to deliver services more tailored to your needs. 

When you begin working with a Solutions Partner, you'll be notified via email and prompted to manage your settings at that time, but you can also update the settings at any time.

You can opt in or out of sharing the following types of data:

• Product subscription data: information about the products in your HubSpot subscription, including associated limits. For example, that your account has a Marketing Hub Professional subscription with 10,000 marketing contacts.
• Product usage data: information about how you use HubSpot features. For example, the number of workflows or reports you've created in your account.

Please note: your Solutions Partner will always have access to essential information related to your account (e.g., Account name, Company domain name). You can view the Partner Data Access settings for a full list of essential information.

To view or update a Solutions Partner's data access:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, select Privacy & Consent. 
3. Click the Partner Data Access tab.
4. For the Solutions Partner, the start date of your relationship will be shown, along with the Solutions Partner's access to your product subscription and usage information.
5. To allow a Solutions Partner to access product subscription data, select the Share your product subscriptions checkbox. To opt-out of sharing product subscription data, clear the checkbox.
6. To allow a Solutions Partner to access product usage data, select the Share your product usage overview checkbox. To opt-out of sharing product subscription data, clear the checkbox. 
   
   
7. Click Save to confirm.
