You can contact different HubSpot teams based on your question or goal. If you have an existing HubSpot account, your available help options may depend on your HubSpot subscription.
Below are common situations when you may want to contact HubSpot teams. If you’re still not sure which team to contact, please contact the Customer Success Team who can help escalate your issues to the correct team within HubSpot.
Contact HubSpot Support
For individual requests related to using HubSpot tools, contact HubSpot support. For example, ask for help importing data or building a workflow. You can also search the Knowledge Base for guidance on completing actions in HubSpot.
Learn more about the support options based on your subscription.
Contact HubSpot Customer Success
If you want guidance on how to use HubSpot to meet your strategy goals or have questions about your account, contact the Customer Success Team or your assigned Customer Success Manager. For example, you'd contact the Customer Success Team if you want to upgrade, migrate data, ask a legal question, or learn how to better use your account's tools.
If you don't have your Customer Success Manager's contact information, contact HubSpot support.
Contact HubSpot Contract Management
If you want to discuss an upcoming renewal, contact the Contract Management Team. If you already have a Contract Manager, you can contact them directly. If you’re within 90 days of your renewal date and don't have an assigned Contract Manager, you can email [email protected]. If it’s more than 90 days prior to your renewal date or you want to discuss account details other than renewal, contact your Customer Success Team/Manager.
Contact HubSpot Billing
If you have a question related invoices, payments, or billing detail changes, contact the HubSpot Billing Team at [email protected].
Contact HubSpot Sales
If you're assessing a HubSpot purchase, you can contact the HubSpot Sales Team. If you're in contact with a HubSpot Sales representative, you can contact them directly.
If you're using a HubSpot trial, it'll expire after 14 days. You can contact the HubSpot Sales Team or directly to your sales representative to discuss a trial extension or reactivation. HubSpot can't guarantee that requests for trial extension or reactivation will be granted.
