Sync schemas is now outdated

Given the existence of https://github.com/w3c/wot-resources TD 1.1 schemas are now stored in a dedicated repository. We have a Github Action that is charged to synchronize the schemas and create Typescript types from there. I think we should update the action to point to wot-resources instead of Thing Description, at least until we move to the next TD version.

I found out that the action was disabled due to repository inactivity (see here). We should keep an eye on it even after the resolution of this issue.
