Merge pull request #401 from tcole3/gh-pages

Before merging:
- fixed text in abstract to say "three Recommendations for expressing annotations on the Web:"
- removed explicit media type + profile parameter from abstract
- retained mention of Protocol Rec since that (I think) is only place we specify the profile parameter
- fixed the mail-to: typo
