Providing an alternative for time based media list what is sufficient in order to meet 1.2.3. However, the description does not do a great job of describing all the ways in which important visual information could be captured in a media alternative and then, more critically, the Test procedure does not check for all those attributes.

However, the Procedural test does not include a check for the equivalent for any onscreen text, or anything covered by "more". The "important visual information" in the normative description of audio descriptions could be leveraged to broaden the test.
