Much like text-shadow and co. It seems like otherwise it'll display scrollbars in the page's color...

The CSS Working Group just discussed css-color-adjust] [css-scrollbars] scrollbar-color should probably compute to auto in forced-colors mode., and agreed to the following:

  • RESOLVED: Scrollbar colors should compute to auto in forced-colors mode

emilio: This was the case I could think of b/c we don't have system color for scrollbars. Probably should force to auto and have system scrollbar colors to show
