The following requirement seems to be a requirement on the authoring of XR rather than of the consumer users:

REQ 19a: Provide support for captioning and subtitling of multimedia content.

As i read it, it seems to be a requirement on the XR authoring system rather than a "user requirement". Or have i misunderstood this?
