Hi All,
Given the wide implementation of this spec across UAs and reasonable conformance according to wpt.fyi, seems reasonable to consider this spec CR ready. Sounds about right?

Could the editors help us by going through the issues and labelling things blocking candidate recommendation with "CR-Exit" (already created the label)?
