"Run Python File" while python interpreter is in terminal will type the run command into the python interpreter

I had previously left the python interpreter open.

I then typed in my script and pushed the "Run Python File" play button in the top right of the editor.

Instead of opening a new powershell instance it typed it into the python interpreter. I believe it previously wouldv'e opened a new terminal

I think what is happening is that Python extension is not tracking that we are inside a Python REPL vs. in a terminal shell (like zsh, bash, etc). We are just sending commands to run Python file in terminal. It would be good to have a check of whether we are in REPL. If so, we should create new terminal and then have the commands run there.
