Rewrites (domain, path, & CDN)

It would be nice if requests to things like /img/foo.png could "just work", without necessarily having to use run them through artifactUrl. This should be pretty achievable, but I think it would have to be tied to additional settings in craft-cloud.yaml.

For example, you may have an actual Craft controller at /foo/bar.pdf, but so we can't just assume anything that looks like a file is an artifact. Perhaps we could use globs:

    - **/*.{png,jpeg,pdf}
    - !/foo/bar.pdf

Worth noting that this has been requested for assets as well, not just artifacts. And that a potential solution could be a reserved subdomain (cdn.mysite.com)
