As a prerequisite to using the Groups Migration API, the documentation assumes that you have completed these setup steps:

1. Complete the steps to get started Developing on Google Workspace.
2. Use your Admin console or the Directory API to create your account's groups and group members.
3. Enable the Google Groups.
